The real appeal of this movie IMO is the fact that it has a choose your own adventure feature.
Great dramatic acting, and the story was super interesting to digest. In some ways it felt similar to the film, Donnie Darko.
Plenty of new faces even though I definitely recognized that Colin character from We’re the Millers – even though I’ve never seen that movie.
The premise is super interesting, but that’s not a surprise considering Black Mirror usually has a high praise reputation. Even with such a well delivered premise, I wasn’t entirely sold. Maybe that’s just my opinion on how the story made me feel. Nothing personal to the film.
The story follows this young dude as he pursues his dream of developing and launching his very own video game. The trick to it though is that the videogame is based on a book written by an insane author. The story delves into highly complex alternate universes that unfold in front of you.
Not my favorite, Black Mirror, but still a great movie. BTW If you haven’t seen Black Mirror, you should absolutely give it a try. Cool thing is you don’t need to follow along, every episode of BM is different and original.

Date Flick? : Yea. It would be a fun game for you and your date to both decide how the movie goes. It isn’t exactly a snuggle up kind of flick though.
Great Flick? : It was good, but not my personal favorite from the Black Mirror collection. It did however push the envelope with the variety of storylines.
